THE GREY IN MAY!
I've been begging for an african grey parrot since whenever! Now, my generous dad is putting an order for it & getting it in May! How exciting!
You heard it! We're getting an african grey soon, probably buying it in the month of May. Around these days, my dad is contacting Friendly Parrots in Georgia. He's giving the money now & actually buying it in May. And it's going to be a timneh named Tobi. How exciting! When I get more news about it (or actually get it), I'll make a great exciting article! This is great!

when you get your new bird,will you put them in the same cage as molly and sasha?(or will they ever meet???
Well, that's a very good question! But, no, I'm not going to put Tobi in the same cage as the budgies. My dad & I were deciding that we will move the budgie cage somewhere else & put Tobi's cage in the budgies' place. Isn't that cool? Well, we'll really see when we get the bird. How old is Tobi going to be when you get it?
Well, when Tobi is going to be shipped to me, he might be about 12-14 weeks old. Possibly a few months old. I'm not exactly sure because I don't exactly know how old Tobi is right now. He surely has to be between 12-14 weeks old to be shipped, so that's my guess. Thanks for the comment, Faith!
when you get Tobi,will he get the same food as budgies??????????will Tobi be treated the same way as your budgies??????????????
Okay, to "anonymous"'s first question, I will not feed Tobi the same bird food as my budgies. A few days ago, my dad & I bought pellets for Molly & Sasha rather then seeds. Too much seeds can be unhealthy to birds, such as mine. I bought budgies sized pellets & a little bit bigger sized pellets, because they're a lot more healthier than seeds. For Tobi, I will feed him pellets, but different ones than the budgies. Tobi will have big pellets & maybe a 'bird trail mix' like a lot of parrots have. For the second question, I'm not exactly sure. I don't pay much attention to my budgies, even though I care for them. On the other hand, Tobi is a bird I REALLY need to pay attention to. I will teach it things so it's happy & healthy. That means that how I treat Molly & Sasha may differ from how I treat Tobi. Anyways, thanks for the comment!

Hey Mikey! Well, I don't think that I will ever get a new bird after Tobi. Sincerely, it will be a lot of work for me & my relatives. I MIGHT get a bird, but there is a very big chance that I won't. Oh, well. Anyways, thanks for the comment Mikey!

And for "said said said said said", that's a smart question! Timneh is a subspecies of african grey. There are 4 subspecies right now: Timneh, Congo, Ghana & Cameroon. Timneh is a small species that is a litlle duller than the others. Anyways, thanks for the excellent question!

how old does tobi need to be to be considered a full grown bird?
To "the man", that's a really good question! Birds (including african greys like Tobi) can mature in a range of age. Usually they mature around 1 to 1 1/2 years of age. Right now Tobi is a few months old, so it may take several more months for Tobi to actually mature. Anyways, thanks for the comment!

Well, "liko", a macaw is a type of big parrot found in the amazon forest in Brazil. It probably is what you think of when you hear the word, "parrot". It is the biggest parrot & can be extremely colorful. Okay?
And for liko's second question, no I did not get the results for Molly & Sasha's gender. I don't think I will have any time to do it, but if I get the DNA results, I'll write about it. :) Anyways, thanks for the comments liko!
