THE GENDER MYSTERY
What is Sasha's gender? How will I find out...Over these October days, Sasha has been being called a 'she', but is that true? Sasha has been acting like a male since we got her & even though my dad thinks Sasha is a female, he could be wrong. I always thought Sasha was a male, even though we call her a 'she'. She regugitates (usually male do), she sings a lot & has a great vocal chord (males sing to females usually & can talk well because of their astonishing vocal chords), & Sasha's cere (nose) is sort of the male budgie color. The mystery here is if Sasha's a male or female.
IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THEM...
MOLLY: Molly is the youngest bird in our house. She has stripes on her wings, blue on her belly & yellow on her face. She is a medium sized budgie & is very, very, very tame. SASHA: Sasha is a pretty big budgie. She is very active & runs away from my finger, while Molly loves my finger. Sasha is one of the most curious birds I've met. She always nibbles my finger when I put my finger close to her & she chews on things, A LOT! She is mostly yellow, with some green on the belly. VISIT superbudgie.com TODAY!
TAMER BIRDS!
It looks like Molly & Sasha are get tamer by the day...I noticed how Molly & Sasha are progressing in taming when I let them fly. Molly actually stays on my hand when I bring her out!!! That's the first time she ever did it! Sasha really doesn't like my hand, but she goes on it sometimes. I never saw any better progress than this! Especially with a pair, because pairs are harder to train! I'm 9 years old, knows about computers, & has a website! Even the latest news says how tame they are! Molly is tamer than Sasha, but if they're tame, they're good. :)
MOLLY'S BLEEDING HEAD
Molly had a huge accident on a quiet August day in 2006...The latest news here is that Molly's head got cut & was bleeding. Everyone who heard about superbudgie.com has heard about Molly the budgie. Well one day, when Sasha was flying in the living room, Molly went crazy in the cage, as usual. I soon looked at my hand for no apparent reason & saw blood. I wiped off the blood, but no cut was there, so I walked over to Molly & Sasha's cage & couldn't believe what I saw: a cut on Molly's head, blood on the cage floor, & blood on the perch! When I realized that Molly was bleeding, I had to take her out & cure her cut. I will never forget that horrible moment in my bird's life. Molly was a lucky one. She was brave enough to withstand the pain. I couldn't imagine what Molly felt like at that time...
